Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the product is:

Unused

In its original packaging

In the same condition you received it
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplement products unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us at support@solmericorganics.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at support@solmericorganics.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Change of Mind
We may accept change of mind returns if the product is unopened, unused, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
